Rules and Policies for an Enjoyable Stay at Pecan Valley Inn
Breakfast: Rates include breakfast for two.
Arrival & Departure: Check-in is from 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Check-out is 12:00 noon. The code for the electric entry gate will be sent with reservation confirmation. We are happy to store luggage in the event of early arrival or late departure.
This is a Non-Smoking Inn: Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area, regardless of the weather.
Children: We regret that we cannot accommodate children.
Pets: We regret that we cannot accommodate guests with pets.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept cash, traveler's checks and personal checks but must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or must be received 7 days prior to the reservation. Holiday and special event reservations must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
Deposits: Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night's stay. We require a 50% deposit for group or multiple night reservations. The deposit is applied to the room charges and the balance is due upon arrival except for Holidays and special events, which are paid in full at the time of the reservation.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund minus a $15 service fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All deposits are non-transferable to another date unless we are able to re-book the room, in which case a gift certificate will be issued or the deposit returned minus a $15 service fee.
Corporate Rates: Corporate rates are available for midweek and longer stays. Please inquire.
